Position Title: Group Account Director 
Location: Philadelphia 
Compensation: $150,000 to $170,000

New York City based company is currently looking to strengthen their
Philadelphia presence. 
This cutting edge organization specializes in the interactive marketing and
advertising space while servicing the healthcare industry and partners with
leading pharmaceutical, biotech, hospital and medical device clients –
consistently delivering unparalleled levels of strategic service, creative and
technological innovation that build richer and more effective interactions
between our clients and their customers. 

Essential Functions:
•	Manage/train/hire a staff of Account Management/Directors 
•	Possess great leadership skills 
•	Proposing/making key client presentations either in support of your accounts,
or the accounts of your subordinates. 
•	Proven business development skills, and strong presentation skills,
organization, creativity and resourcefulness are a must. 
•	Development and maintain account plans/Client Relationships 
•	Integration with strategy, operations and business development 
•	online marketing skills are a must 
•	Manage financial performance of the company's relationship with the client. 
•	Handle all problems within accounts
•	Pipeline reporting and financial forecasting. 
•	
MINIMUM Requirements: 
•	Pharmaceutical industry knowledge required 
•	Supervisory skills to manage team assigned to the accounts 
•	Strong knowledge of web strategy, design, development, and programming
technologies 
•	Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills including
strong presentation skills 
•	Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage multiple brand clients within
deadlines 

MINIMUM Education and Experience: 
•	BS/BA in closely related field 
•	3-5 plus years experience in pharmaceutical industry including web strategy
design and development
