- Analyze existing Swing application to assess difficulty refactoring
application
- Recommend approach to refactoring application
- Create high level design and detail designs for refactoring application and
introduce new frameworks in to the application
- Create implementation estimates to build the changes and then lead a
development track
- Significant Java Swing experience required
- 10+ years of Java development experience
- Demonstrated leadership on project
- Experience working on complex user interface development projects
- Not afraid to work with cutting edge technologies
- Able to quick learn and analyze new systems
- Demonstrated written and client facing skills in front of technology
management
