Dig into a variety of projects as a staff developer in an in-house department
that supports startup websites. The first property this person will tackle will
be a media-rich social networking site. 

The desired skillset includes 2 years (paid, full-time) experience with Flex,
ActionScript, JavaScript and its related toolkits. A working familiarity with
PHP, Perl, and  media servers such as Wowza preferred. 

Staff, $90k, onsite in Manhattan.
