Email Production Coordinator (#253)

We're looking for a skilled technologist and marketer with experience in
building, customizing, deploying, and optimizing complex email campaigns and
interactive programs. This specialist will be an important part of a team at an
award-winning interactive agency working for a prominent online retailer and
entertainment company.

Skills We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate would bring strong experience in four areas: 

Data integration — Configure and monitor integration of client data into and
out
of a campaign management system.

Strategy and Segmentation — Develop data segmentation and targeting tactics to
carry out overall program strategy.

Execution — Operate the system to build, test, and deploy complex,
multi-variable emails, including both scheduled and triggered deployments.

Analysis — Work closely with analytics team to interpret and act on results of
a
robust testing program, with particular understanding of online retail.

Background Needed:

•	2 to 3 years experience in email marketing for online retail, with other
direct or interactive experience as a bonus.
•	2 to 3 years experience working with a campaign management and email
deployment system. (Experience with the Responsys Interact system a plus.)
•	Expertise in list segmentation and matrix testing strategies.
•	Expertise in structuring variable data emails and triggered campaigns.
•	Solid knowledge of email construction, including HTML, CSS, and variable data
scripting.
•	Solid knowledge of databases and the exchange and cleansing of data between
client master files and the marketing database.
•	Familiarity with integrating email with landing pages, tracking programs, and
other data capture mechanisms.

•	Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both
technical, creative, and marketing staff.
•	Ability to review and understand client requirements and overall project
vision.
•	Attention to detail and organization. Ability to keep projects on time and
within budget.
•	Experience in working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
