Position: Account Supervisor 
Location: Northwest New Jersey 
Salary: $85K-$95K 

Requirements: 
Willing to travel to West Coast 1-2x per Month 
Agency Experience strongly preferred, but not required 
Patient Education strongly preferred, but not required
Must have strong Digital Experience 

Project/Program Management
Owns their account/possesses strong client  management skills
Independently manages client and day-to-day projects
Ensures all tactics are strategically aligned
Oversees internal cross functional team – manages individual jobs
Has industry knowledge
Possesses organization skills
Is a problem solver


Financial Stewardship
Manages execution of deliverables and oversees project  portfolio financials 
to budget
Negotiates project  timing and costs with client
Identifies financial issues early
Begins to contribute to forecasting


People Management/Leadership
Supervises and grows junior account staff
Will report to Management Supervisor 
Has strong internal & external communication skills (verbal, written,
listening)
Demonstrates leadership skills
Has strong interpersonal skills and able to motivate cross functional team


Client/Business Management
Leads and owns client business -  manages internal team consensus to client
viewpoint; collaborates with and drives team to deliver for client
Viewed by the client as the go-to
Ensures client needs are met first and foremost
Demonstrates strategic insight and pro-activity
Recognizes new tactical opportunities and seeks help to act on them
Grows existing client business
