ACCOUNT MANAGER 
Location: Philadelphia, PA 
Salary: $75K 

A leading provider of online marketing to the pharmaceutical industry is looking
to add new members to their growing firm.  They take great pride in having

succeed to add to their team. 

Position opening for an Account Manager in the Philadelphia Area.  To be
considered for this position, a candidate must possess,
Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Industry
Marketing Experience  
Strong Leadership  and Communication Skills

Responsibilities:
Ownership of day to day communications with client
Integration of client deliverables, working with project management, across
internal and external partners
Consolidation of communications, including schedules and status reports, to
client across projects and act as a guide for the client to focus on critical
agency deliverables
Help client and internal resources prioritize deliverables in times of
conflicting demands
Continuously build trust, credibility, and gain referrals from existing brands
Responsible for overall account relationship (supporting Account Director),
cultivating new brand and account relationships, as well as non-brand contacts
such as IT, purchasing, etc
Process metrics and prepare client presentations with key implications and new
opportunities for the agency to pursue
Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment; provide team leadership
representing the client's needs to the agency team and representing the agency
team to the client being mindful of restrictions and agency processes
Prepare financial documents, working with PM and Finance to foster a positive
financial relationship with the client
Manage the account meetings and help the Account Director to orchestrate
resources to optimize client deliverables

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Must have 3-5 Years Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
Account Management skills required
Interactive experience is desirable
Strong knowledge of web strategy, design, development, and programming
technologies
Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills including
presentation skills
Ability to complete multiple tasks and manage multiple clients within
deadlines
Travel to client location(s) as needed
