Account Manager, Advertiser Services (#296)

This position will be responsible for providing a high level of support and
strategic advice to many of the company's largest advertiser clients for the
purpose of maximizing revenues, including but not limited to optimizing
performance with currently utilized products and services and up selling
additional services as appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Manage client base, strengthen relationships, and serve as main point of
contact for each client on behalf of all products and services via email, phone
and in person meetings
 Review and negotiate sales goals, budgets, and new offers and promotions with
clients and/or Sales team as necessary on weekly, monthly or quarterly bases as
appropriate
 Use reporting tools to monitor business performance and create frameworks for
analysis and optimization
 Proactively advise clients and share insights on mechanisms to improve,
maintain and increase performance with Distribution channels
 Collaborate with internal Distribution teams as appropriate (Affiliate, Email,
Co-Reg, Search) to optimize client performance and achieve goals
 Collaborate with clients and/or internal Design teams to improve creative and
messaging for offers and promotions to maximize performance
 Serve as liaison to Operations and Technical teams to resolve client issues and
maintain performance
 Gain an understanding of all products and services and be able to educate and
up sell clients on new services, in collaboration with appropriate internal
teams

QUALIFICATIONS
 2-5 years of Business Development and/or Account Management experience
 Strong understanding of Affiliate marketing and/or Co-registration
 Familiarity with Email and Search marketing a plus
 Must be detail oriented and able to analyze and interpret individual client
results and be proactive with feedback, as well as seeing bigger picture on
company scale
 Excellent time management, organizational, and oral and written communication
skills
 Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize
 Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills  this position will
require frequent direct contact with clients and all departments/teams within
company
