CareerGrub is a new job site for Interactive Media and Technology professionals. CareerGrub has partnered with dozens of employers and search firms to present our members with information about great job opportunities related to their career interests.

How can CareerGrub benefit me?

Whether or not you're looking to switch companies or make a career move, CareerGrub can help you discreetly stay on top of relevant opportunities. If you want to be considered for an opportunity, then CareerGrub will work with you to quickly get your foot in the door.

Perfectly content with your current job? You can still benefit by sharing opportunities on CareerGrub with your friends. If any of your friends are hired through CareerGrub, you can earn sizable cash commissions.

How much does it cost?

CareerGrub is absolutely free.

Do I have to register to use CareerGrub?

No. You do not have to register CareerGrub, but registered members have access to more job opportunity and more information about each job. In addition, you must be registered to apply for a job and be eligible for referral commissions.

Why do you collect profile information? Who can see my profile?

We take your privacy seriously. We collect your profile information so that we can present you with the most relevant opportunities. In order to do this, we may share anonymized profile information with our partner employers and search firms, but we will never sell or share your personal information (i.e. name and contact information) with any third parties without your explicit consent. Where do the job opportunities on CareerGrub come from?

The jobs posted on CareerGrub are shared with us by our partners, including direct employers and professional search firms that work with employers to fill these positions.

Why can't I see the employer name on these jobs?

CareerGrub values the privacy of our partners and the employers represented on our site. In many cases, our partners use CareerGrub to conduct confidential searches and prefer to keep the name of the employer private until an initial fit has been determined. CareerGrub does however provide as much detail as possible about each job.

If you choose to apply for one of the opportunities on CareerGrub, rest assured that you will learn the identity of the employer and will have the final call on whether you would like to be submitted to that employer for consideration.

How do I apply for a job on CareerGrub?

To apply for a job on CareerGrub, simply click the "Apply to this Job" link on the job detail page. You will be prompted for a phone number and (optional) message about your interest in this opportunity. This information, along with your profile data, will be reviewed by a CareerGrub representative who will contact you to discuss the opportunity.

How can I earn commissions through CareerGrub?

Eligible members can earn commissions by referring qualified friends to CareerGrub. If you refer someone who registers with CareerGrub and is consequently hired for any position through CareerGrub, you are entitled to a sizable commission. The commission amount varies by job, but the average commission is currently around $5,000. For additional details, please review the Referral Program section of the Terms of Use agreement.

What do I do to be eligible for commissions through CareerGrub?

To be eligible to earn commissions through CareerGrub, you must be a registered member of CareerGrub. Additionally, since our service does not work unless you provide some basic profile information, we require you to complete at least a portion of your profile. How do I refer a friend to CareerGrub? How do I receive credit for a referral?

To refer a friend to CareerGrub, you can send a refer-a-friend message from the website, which will automatically contain a tracking link that will allow us to identify you as the referring member. In order to receive credit for this referral, your friend must follow this tracking link and register with CareerGrub. You will only receive credit if your friend has not already registered with CareerGrub, and credit for a referral cannot be shared by multiple members.

What happens when I refer a friend to CareerGrub?

When you refer a friend to CareerGrub through our website, a message is sent to that friend on your behalf. You can customize this message in the referral form. As long as you are logged in, we will automatically include a special tracking link that allows us to give you credit if your friend registers with CareerGrub. Please note that CareerGrub will never contact your friend directly unless they register or apply for a job.

When and how do I get paid?

If one of your referrals is hired through CareerGrub, you will be paid shortly after the guarantee period has expired for that job. The guarantee period is the minimum length of time that a referral must be employed in order for you to fully earn your commission. The guarantee period varies by job, but is typically between 30 and 90 days.

After the guarantee period, you will receive payment from CareerGrub in the form of a mailed check. Please note that you must provide us with a valid name, address, and United States taxpayer identification number in order to receive payment.
